EMBARC Sutter Creek is preparing to open in late 2026 and is accepting applications now. The Customer Experience Guide will support all customer experience and sales initiatives while ensuring smooth store operations, compliance, and product knowledge in a cannabis retail environment.

The role involves engaging customers, recommending products, promoting loyalty programs, assisting with inventory, and contributing to community events.

Qualifications

• Previous retail/customer service experience preferred.
• Passion for cannabis and compliance knowledge is provided.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are required.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers on the sales floor and recommend products.
• Deliver an educational, on-brand customer experience.
• Promote loyalty programs and store promotions.
• Communicate and execute sales initiatives as directed by management.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.
• Participate in community events and local marketing to represent the Embarc brand.
• Provide feedback to management on customer needs and product trends.
