Embarc is opening a new Sutter Creek location in late 2026 and is accepting applications now. The Customer Experience Guide will help deliver an educational, cannabis-focused shopping experience while supporting inventory and store operations in a full-time role.

You will engage customers, promote loyalty programs, and maintain a compliant, well-presented sales floor with participation in community events. Evening/weekend shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, customer service, or hospitality preferred.
• Knowledge of cannabis products and regulatory compliance helpful.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers on the sales floor and recommend products.
• Deliver educational customer experiences aligned with brand standards.
• Promote products and loyalty programs to support sales goals.
• Maintain a clean, well-organized sales floor reflecting merchandising standards.
• Assist with inventory tasks including intake, stocking, labeling, and transfers.
• Participate in community events and represent the Embarc brand.
• Follow policies and report facility issues to ensure safety.
