Jushi Holdings Inc. in Little Ferry, NJ is seeking a part-time Customer Care Consultant to deliver friendly, compliant service to patrons and patients, primarily via phone and in-store support. You will educate clients about products, promotions, and policies while maintaining high standards of customer care.

You will lead store floor tours, answer questions, promote memberships, and ensure accurate handling procedures in line with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Formación

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in any field preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist patrons and patients via phone with accurate information.
• Lead tours and make product recommendations.
• Maintain knowledge of benefits, discounts and promotions.
• Adhere to safety and regulatory policies.
• Operate POS system and cash drawer.
• Collaborate to meet sales and compliance goals.
• All other duties as assigned.
