You will work in-store, handle phone inquiries, tour the sales floor, and contribute to a compliant, clean, and welcoming environment. High school diploma required; degree preferred; strong computer, language, and multitasking skills essential.

Qualificações

• Requires a high school diploma or GED.
• Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong computer, language and reasoning skills.
• Excellent multitasking ability on phone.
• Occasional local travel as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Adhere to mission, values, ethics and professionalism.
• Provide outstanding customer service to patrons and patients.
• Lead tours of the store floor and make product recommendations.
• Maintain knowledge of benefits, discounts, and promotions.
• Follow safety, health, and regulatory procedures.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stocking; operate POS system.
• Collaborate with team to meet sales and compliance goals.
