Story Cannabis in Ohio invites you to join as a Retail Associate, the face of our store. You will guide customers through product selections and ensure an exceptional shopping experience with genuine interactions.

This role blends customer service, education, and operational precision. You'll use product knowledge to help customers find what fits their needs while maintaining compliance and a welcoming atmosphere.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED is required.
Previous customer service experience preferred.
21+ years old and eligible to work in the United States.
Valid ID or passport and reliable transportation required.
Background checks may be conducted.

Responsibilities

Greet customers entering the store with compassion and professionalism.
Enter customer information into our database to verify eligibility for purchase.
Completes all sales and job duties per SOP.
Provide exceptional service with product knowledge.
Handle cash and debit transactions accurately.
Maintain organized store and assist with inventory counts.
Work with a diverse team to meet timelines and compliance goals.
Support special projects as assigned.
Other duties as assigned.
