Story Cannabis is seeking a Retail Associate to be the face of our Phoenix store, guiding customers through product selections and delivering an exceptional shopping experience. You will bring brand energy to life through genuine interactions, product knowledge, and a commitment to helping customers find what fits their needs.

The role blends customer service, education, and operational precision, requiring strong math skills and the ability to manage time and resources efficiently.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Must be 21+ and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Valid State ID or U.S. Passport required.
• Reliable transportation and no scheduling restrictions.
• Pre-employment background checks required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers entering the store with professionalism and empathy.
• Enter customer information into our database to verify eligibility for purchase.
• Complete all sales and duties per company SOP.
• Provide exceptional customer service with product knowledge.
• Handle cash and debit transactions accurately and balance the cash drawer.
• Operate cash register, POS system, and related hardware.
• Stock and organize the retail space and maintain store cleanliness.
• Conduct nightly inventory counts of all retail products.
• Work as part of a team to meet sales and compliance goals.
• Assist with special projects as directed by management.
