Job summary
Curaleaf is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily retail operations, supervise staff, and ensure outstanding guest experiences. You will coordinate with Store and District Managers to drive revenue, manage cash handling, and optimize inventory in a fast-paced environment.
Ideal candidates bring at least 1 year in retail supervision, strong leadership, and English fluency, with willingness to work flexible hours and travel as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of retail and/or customer service experience in a high-paced selling environment.
- Minimum of 1 year of retail supervisory experience.
- Strong business acumen and ability to measure success through financial targets and KPIs.
- Fluent reading, writing, and speaking English.
Responsibilities
- Proactively communicate with Store Manager, District Manager and Cross-functional Partners to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Model the way and lead selling behaviors aligned with brand culture to build loyal customer relationships and meet financial targets.
- Monitor and analyze customer service provided by team members, offer feedback and coaching.
- Model and share customer service best practices to deliver a distinctive and delightful guest experience.
