Job summary

Curaleaf is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our new Deland location to support the Store Manager in leading a team and delivering exceptional customer service. You will help drive sales targets, manage shifts, and ensure smooth daily operations.

The role requires at least 1 year of retail supervisory experience, strong leadership, English fluency, and comfort with cash handling and POS systems. Travel to training locations may be required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year retail experience in a high-paced setting.
• 1+ year supervisory experience.
• Fluent reading/writing/speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading and motivating a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Act as Manager on Duty as assigned by Store Management.
• Oversee store operations, scheduling, and cash handling.
