Job summary

Curaleaf is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for a full-time role in Florida. You will work with the Store Manager and District Manager to drive sales, manage shifts, and ensure compliance in a fast-paced cannabis retail environment.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of supervisory retail experience, strong leadership, and excellent English communication. Travel to other locations for training (10–25%) may be required. Competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of retail supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership and business acumen with KPI focus.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Proactively communicate with Store Manager, District Manager and cross-functional partners to maximize revenue opportunities.
• Model selling behaviors aligned with brand culture to build loyal customer relationships and achieve financial targets.
• Monitor customer service and coach team members; share best practices for a distinctive guest experience.
