Job summary

Wyld is seeking a Production Support team member in Tucson, AZ to help ensure efficient, high-quality manufacturing. You will prepare and log ingredients, rotate stations, perform quality checks, and uphold sanitation and safety standards in a fast-paced setting.

Strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to perform visual quality inspections are essential. The role may support packaging and additional duties as needed, with a competitive hourly wage and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of related food production or kitchen experience.
• Must understand and comply with kitchen sanitation and safety regulations.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (verbal and written).
• Possess basic math skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.
• Willing to submit to a background check.
• State regulations require applicants to be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and log ingredients quickly, rotate stations as needed, and operate all production equipment.
• Follow current state guidelines for storage and handling of products.
• Maintain high QA/QC standards and sanitation throughout shifts.
• Collaborate with teammates in high‑pressure situations and communicate across levels.
• Assist with packaging responsibilities and adapt to additional duties as needed.
