Job summary

Wyld is seeking a Production Support team member in Massachusetts (Orange) to join our fast-paced manufacturing operation. You will prepare and log ingredients, rotate stations, perform QA/QC checks, and uphold sanitation and safety standards while meeting deadlines.

Strong communication, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure are essential. Experience in food production, and familiarity with Excel/Office are preferred; willingness to undergo background checks and comply with

• Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills for measuring and logging ingredients.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and accurately log ingredients, rotate stations, and operate production equipment.
• Adhere to current state guidelines for storage and handling of products.
• Maintain QA/QC standards and sanitation safety throughout shifts.
• Collaborate effectively with team in high-pressure situations.
• Communicate and respond to questions from different levels within the company.
• Maintain sanitation and safety standards across work areas.
• Keep a clean, organized kitchen and work environment.
• Perform visual quality inspections to minimize waste.
• Assist with packaging responsibilities as required.
• Adapts to additional duties as business needs change.
