Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in a food production or kitchen environment preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and strong communication skills.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and log ingredients quickly and accurately; rotate stations as needed.
• Operate equipment in production while following state guidelines for storage and handling.
• Maintain QA/QC standards and sanitation throughout shifts.
• Collaborate with team under pressure and communicate effectively at all levels.
• Support packaging duties as needed and comply with safety requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned with or without notice.
