Job summary

Wyld is hiring a Production Support team member in Arizona to maintain efficient, high-quality manufacturing operations. You will log ingredients, rotate stations, perform QA/QC checks, and uphold sanitation standards. Strong communication and attention to detail are essential.

May assist with packaging and other duties as needed. Requirements include 6 months of related experience, proficiency in Excel/Word/Outlook, and 21+ years old.

Qualifications

• Must be able to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and written.
• Experience in a food production or kitchen environment, with high urgency and teamwork.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Must obtain all state required permits, licenses, certifications.
• ServSafe Food Handler’s Card preferred.
• Willing to submit to a background check.
• State regulations require applicants be 21+.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and log ingredients quickly and accurately, rotate stations as needed.
• Operate equipment in production following state guidelines for storage and handling.
• Maintain high QA/QC standards and sanitation throughout shifts.
• Communicate effectively with teammates and supervisors under pressure.
• Support packaging tasks as needed and adapt to business needs.
