Job summary

Wyld is seeking a Production Support team member in Ohio to help ensure efficient, high-quality manufacturing. You will log ingredients, rotate stations, perform QA/QC, and uphold sanitation and safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure. You may also support packaging and other duties as needed. 21+ and ServSafe preferred.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience in a food production or kitchen environment.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Must be 21+ years of age or older.
• ServSafe Food Handler's Card preferred.

Responsibilities

• Quickly prepare and accurately log ingredients, rotate stations and operate production equipment.
• Follow state guidelines for storage and handling of products.
• Maintain high QA/QC standards and sanitation throughout shifts.
• Communicate effectively with team and respond to questions from different levels.
• Maintain a clean, organized kitchen and work environment.
• Perform visual quality inspections and minimize waste.
• Assist with packaging responsibilities as required.
• Adhere to safety standards and company policies.
• Other duties may be assigned as needed.
