Job summary

Wyld in New York is seeking a Packaging Support team member to efficiently package product inventory while upholding quality and safety standards.

You will count, label, assemble, bag and box items, perform basic visual inspections, monitor QA/QC, and report issues to supervisors in a fast-paced environment that values accuracy and teamwork. Maintain a clean and safe work area, communicate discrepancies, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of related experience in production or packaging.
• Ability to work with urgency in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with MS Office, Google Suite, Slack and Jira preferred.
• Must communicate in English, verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Package product inventory efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Perform basic visual quality inspections on products.
• Keep up high QA/QC standards during shifts.
• Communicate with teammates and supervisors clearly.
• Report discrepancies in quantity or quality promptly.
• Address damaged or unusable items and coordinate fixes.
• Assist with other related duties as needed.
