Job summary

Wyld seeks a Production Supervisor to lead production leads and support staff across kitchen, packaging, and inventory. You will manage daily workflow, ensure SOP adherence, and drive on-time production while maintaining quality and safety standards.

You will collaborate with management to implement process improvements, coordinate scheduling, and oversee training and performance reviews. A flexible schedule and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of directly related experience in production/manufacturing, preferably food/beverage
• Experience working in fast-paced environments with a high sense of urgency
• At least 1 year of supervisory or lead experience
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks

Responsibilities

• Supervise production employees and assist with planning, assigning and directing work
• Oversee daily production operations and coordinate kitchen, packaging, and inventory needs
• Maintain high-quality standards, perform QA/QC, and ensure accurate data recording
• Ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations, including health and safety standards
• Provide training and coaching to staff and communicate effectively across levels
