Responsibilities

• Lead daily post-harvest activities including harvesting, bucking, trimming, drying, curing, and product preparation.

• Monitor drying and curing processes to maintain proper environmental conditions and quality.
• Ensure cannabis products meet quality standards prior to packaging or processing.
• Assist with weighing, labeling, and staging cannabis for packaging or extraction.
• Perform hands-on production work and operate equipment following SOPs and safety protocols.
