PharmaCann, Inc. is seeking a dynamic Manager of Post Harvest in Hamptonburgh, NY. You will lead the Post Harvest department from harvest processing to final flower packaging, building skilled teams, training staff, and maintaining compliant operations under GMP standards.

You will report to the Senior Manager of Cultivation and guide departmental progress, ensuring high-quality product, efficient workflow, and adherence to safety and regulatory requirements in a fast-growing cannabis company.

Qualifications

• Part of the Work Experience section: at least 2 years in a leadership role within a production/cannabis setting.
• Experience managing teams of 30+ employees in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of GMP practices and compliance in cultivation facilities.
• Strong communication, training, and coaching abilities.

Responsabilités

• Oversee Post Harvest department from processing harvested plants to packaging final product.
• Lead staff training, scheduling, hiring, onboarding, and performance reviews.
• Collaborate with QA, Facilities, Safety, and IT to maintain compliant operations.
• Drive productivity and accuracy through data-driven process improvements.
• Report to Senior Manager of Cultivation and manage departmental budget and projects.
