Job summary

M1 Enterprises seeks a Cannabis Production & Post-Harvest Lead to oversee daily operations in a regulated cannabis facility. You will lead a team of technicians through harvesting, trimming, drying, curing, and product preparation while ensuring compliance and quality.

You will also perform hands-on production tasks and operate production machinery, supporting scheduling, inventory control, and cross‑department collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years in cannabis cultivation, post-harvest, or manufacturing preferred.
• Previous leadership or team lead experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cannabis handling, trimming, drying, and curing.
• Familiarity with METRC or similar inventory systems.
• Strong organization and attention to detail; ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily post-harvest operations including harvesting, trimming, drying, curing and product preparation.
• Coordinate workflow for Production and Post-Harvest Technicians.
• Monitor environmental conditions to ensure proper drying/curing and product quality.
• Ensure cannabis products meet quality standards prior to packaging.
• Operate production machinery and perform hands-on production work as needed.
• Maintain safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance on the floor.
