Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred in a related field.
• Minimum 3+ years of cannabis product manufacturing with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Familiarity with cannabis regulations and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the primary production role in your assigned area, managing operations, quality control, and staff.
• Cross-train in other production roles to provide flexibility and support as needed.
• Implement and maintain strict quality control procedures to meet standards and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure compliance with local and state cannabis regulations and internal policies within the area.
• Oversee maintenance and repair of equipment specific to the primary role and ensure good working order.
• Maintain logs, batch records, and production reports; provide KPI updates to management.
