M1 Enterprises LLC is seeking a Cannabis Production & Post-Harvest Technician to support harvesting, trimming, drying, curing, and packaging operations. You will help manage inventory, follow SOPs, and ensure compliance with state regulations in a regulated facility.

The role requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment alongside cultivation, packaging, and extraction teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in cannabis, agriculture, manufacturing, or production preferred.
• Ability to follow detailed procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Must meet state eligibility requirements to work in a cannabis facility.

Responsibilities

• Harvest cannabis plants according to established procedures.
• Trim, buck, and manicure cannabis flower to meet quality standards.
• Hang plants and monitor drying room preparation and monitoring.
• Transfer product through curing processes while maintaining environmental standards.
• Sort and grade finished cannabis flower.
• Weigh, label, and stage cannabis products for packaging or further processing.
• Record weights, batch numbers, and other required information in inventory systems.
• Follow SOPs for cannabis handling and processing.
• Maintain strict adherence to all state cannabis regulations and company policies.
• Ensure inventory is tracked accurately and documentation is clear.
• Collaborate with cultivation, packaging, and extraction teams.
