iAnthus Capital Management seeks a Production Supervisor to oversee day-to-day production operations at our facility. You will ensure quality, safety, and regulatory compliance, optimize workflows, manage inventory, and lead production team members.

Reporting to the Production Manager, you will act as a liaison across departments to drive operational excellence and improve product availability and quality. Ideal candidates bring 1+ year in production, strong knowledge of cannabis regulations,

Qualifikationen

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of experience in a production, manufacturing, or cultivation environment.
• Strong working knowledge of cannabis regulations.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Clear and professional communication style.
• Green Flower and/or Ganjier Certificate holder preferred.

Aufgaben

• Develop and manage production schedules and procedures.
• Enforce sanitation, safety, and compliance standards.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Monitor materials and supplies to prevent shortages or excess.

• Administer strict quality control measures.

• Lead and co-manage production team including hiring, scheduling, and performance.
• Train new hires and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.
• Foster a culture of compliance, productivity, and teamwork.
