Job summary

Cresco Labs is hiring a Processing Technician to operate equipment for processing and sorting harvest material while maintaining quality and safety standards. The role requires at least 1 year of experience in a food production or similar setting and familiarity with trimming and sorting equipment.

You will work Tuesday through Saturday, 3:00pm to 11:30pm, in a fast-paced environment with opportunities to contribute across the operation and learn about compliance in the cannabis industry.

Qualifications

At least 1 year of experience in a food production or similar manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of machine safety and lockout/tagout practices.
Ability to measure, package and label precisely.
Able to work in a fast-paced, loud and changing environment.
Must lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

Operate equipment to process and sort harvest material.
Use trimming and sorting machine and assist with material handling.
Log and weigh material; collect samples and perform quality tests.
Maintain sanitary work area and sanitize equipment between runs.
Collaborate with sorting team to maximize efficiency.
