Job summary

Cresco Labs in Illinois is seeking a Processing Technician to operate equipment, process harvest material, and ensure quality in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The role requires at least 1 year of experience in food production or similar, familiarity with trimming and sorting machines, and strict adherence to health and safety policies. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work a Friday–Tuesday schedule.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in food production or similar manufacturing.
• General knowledge of machine safety and lockout/tagout practices.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to strict policies and procedures.
• Ability to measure, package and label precisely.
• Effective time-management and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate trimming and sorting equipment and process harvest material.
• Collaborate with sorting team to maximize efficiencies and ensure smooth product transition.
• Weigh and log material, collect samples, and perform quality checks.
• Ensure equipment is cleaned and sanitized between runs and maintain a sanitary work area.
• Safely transport products to storage and comply with health and safety regulations.
