Job summary

Fine Fettle is hiring a Packaging Technician for its 40,000 square foot Bloomfield, CT facility. You will operate a state-of-the-art cannabis packaging line, ensure product quality and regulatory compliance, and maintain accurate data records.

Requirements include a high school diploma, ability to lift 50 pounds, and strong attention to detail. Prior cannabis post-harvest experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to meet state licensing requirements and pass a Federal Background Check.
• English communication proficiency.
• Experience in cannabis post-harvest is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor a cannabis production machine.
• Inspect cannabis products for quality and compliance.
• Input cannabis material and packaging to ensure smooth production flow.
• Maintain equipment and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
• Record data related to packaging activities.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Follow safety, compliance, and sustainability standards.
