Job summary

Clear Colorado Group in Colorado is seeking a Packaging Technician to join our manufacturing team, packaging and labeling cannabis products in a compliant, detail-oriented role. You will support processing and quality control, maintain a clean workspace, and operate automated packaging equipment.

Ideal candidates bring strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Colorado MED Badge.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
• Dependable, trustworthy, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to work M-F, 8:00am - 4:30pm.

Responsibilities

• Package, label, and prepare cannabis products for distribution
• Perform quality control checks to ensure product accuracy and compliance
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment
• Operate and troubleshoot automated packaging equipment
• Complete production and work order documentation accurately
• Organize and maintain work-in-progress (WIP) inventory areas
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
• Support additional production and packaging activities as assigned
