Job summary

Fine Fettle is seeking a Packaging Technician for our Bloomfield, CT facility. You will operate a modern production machine, inspect products for quality, and ensure accurate packaging workflows. This role requires attention to detail and adherence to SOPs within a safety- and compliance-driven environment.

Candidates should be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work well in a team. Cannabis knowledge is a plus, and growth opportunities exist within our expanding company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Cannabis production experience preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and wear PPE.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor a state-of-the-art cannabis production machine.
• Inspect cannabis products for quality, consistency, and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure smooth production flow and proper input of material and packaging.
• Maintain equipment and document packaging activities accurately.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment.
