Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to work in fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
• Ability to follow SOPs and safety guidelines.
• Must be able to obtain state medical marijuana badge and pass background check.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic cannabis packaging tasks such as labeling, weighing, grinding, crowning, filling, and final packaging.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, following daily cleaning protocols.
• Perform regular cleaning on work surfaces, tools, and related equipment.
• Follow standard procedures for safety and compliance.
• Report any compliance or safety errors to department leadership.
• Contribute to the overall safety and maintenance of the workspace.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
