Job summary

FALL CREEK FARM & NURSERY is seeking a Packaging Specialist to weigh, assemble, package, and label cannabis products in a cultivation facility. You will help ensure accurate labeling and compliance with SOPs while supporting production teams.

This role requires the ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 lb, and follow detailed instructions. Experience in packaging or regulated facilities is preferred, with a focus on safety and quality.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years' experience in packaging or related role.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and perform repetitive tasks.
• Positive attitude and strong teamwork.
• Willing to learn and operate facility equipment safely.
• Effective time management and multitasking skills.
• Must be 21+ and authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Weigh, assemble, package, seal, and label products.
• Operate flow wrap, labeling, and heat-sealing machines safely.
• Collect samples for QA as needed for quality testing.
• Transport completed products from the packaging workspace to the vault.
• Document activity using the track and trace system.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Inspect finished goods for defects and irregularities.
• Provide support to cultivation, harvest, and production teams as needed.
