Job summary

FALL CREEK FARM & NURSERY is seeking a Packaging Specialist to assemble, weigh, and label cannabis products for shipment to retail dispensaries. You will operate packaging equipment, collect QA samples, maintain a clean workspace, and document activity in the track-and-trace system, while complying with state laws and company SOPs.

The role is on-site and requires standing for long periods and lifting up to 25 lb.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of packaging or production experience preferred.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and perform repetitive tasks.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and 21+ to register with cannabis commission.

Responsibilities

• Weigh, assemble, package, seal, and label products.
• Safely operate packaging equipment (flow wrap, labeling, heat sealing).
• Collect samples for QA as needed for quality testing.
• Transport finished products to the vault.
• Document activity using company track and trace system.
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace and adhere to SOPs.
