Vangst is seeking a Production Technician for a fast-paced cannabis packaging environment in Simsbury, CT. You will stage products, perform quality checks, and help drive efficiency while adhering to safety and compliance standards.

The role requires hands-on reliability, detail-oriented focus, and the ability to follow clear procedures over extended shifts. Lifting up to 50 lbs and wearing PPE is expected, with a Monday–Friday schedule.

• Maintain a clean, organized production space and ensure inspection readiness.
• Follow OSHA standards and SOPs to ensure compliant labeling and safety.
