Job summary

Cresco Labs is hiring in Fall River, MA for a production-focused role within a fast-paced cannabis manufacturing environment. You will measure, package and label products, collect samples, and help maintain sanitary conditions to ensure quality and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include executing tasks from department leadership, transporting products safely, and upholding high standards of quality.

Qualifications

• 1 year (2-3 years preferable) of hands-on experience in a factory, production or manufacturing fast-paced environment with measurable goals and working standards, preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to strict policies and procedure
• Ability to measure, package and label in a precise manner
• Effective time-management skills and ability to multi-task
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, depending on the needs of the shift.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing and challenging environment
• Proficiency in windows-based software and point of sale applications a plus

Responsibilities

• Safely transport products from workspace to storage area
