Job summary

Cresco Labs is seeking a Cultivation Agent in Fall River, MA to provide on-site cultivation for medical cannabis gardens. You will support day-to-day plant care, including watering, pruning, harvesting and trimming, while upholding Cresco Labs’ quality standards.

You will help maintain organization and cleanliness of production areas and assist with tracking plants from birth to harvest, ensuring accurate documentation for lot numbers and activities. Competitive pay and benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Effective time-management skills and ability to multi-task.
• Ability to perform the job duties in indoor and greenhouse climates of varying weather conditions.
• Requires work around plant material and potential pollen/dust exposure.
• Requires ability to sit, stand, kneel, and repetitive hand movements for long periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs to torso level.

Responsibilities

• Plant Care: prune, trim, transplant, and harvest plants.
• Move plants and soil within the facility to support production.
• Ensure cleanliness and safe disposal of waste; maintain equipment cleanliness.
