Job summary

Cresco Labs is seeking a detail‑oriented production worker at our Ohio facility to join a fast‑paced manufacturing team. You will measure, package, label products, and help ensure product quality and sanitary standards, while maintaining a clean, compliant work environment.

Responsibilities include following established procedures, assisting with packaging, and safely transporting products within the plant.

Qualifications

• 1 year (2-3 years preferable) of hands-on experience in a factory, production or manufacturing fast-paced environment with measurable goals and working standards.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to strict policies and procedure.
• Ability to measure, package and label in a precise manner.
• Effective time-management skills and ability to multi-task.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing and challenging environment.
• Proficiency in windows-based software and point of sale applications a plus.

Responsibilities

• Executing tasks assigned by department leadership.
• Measuring, packaging, and labeling products.
• Compares product with product standards to ensure quality.
• Maintaining a sanitary work environment.
• Safely transport products from workspace to storage area.
• Ensure that all functions are performed to the highest standard of quality and compliance.
