Cresco Labs in Joliet, IL is seeking a production team member to support daily manufacturing tasks in a fast-paced environment. You will measure, package, label products, and ensure quality against standards while maintaining a sanitary workspace.

Ideal candidates have 1 year (2–3 preferred) in a factory or manufacturing setting, strong attention to detail, and the ability to follow strict policies. Must be 21+, able to lift up to 50 lbs, and pass regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 1 year (2-3 years preferable) hands-on experience in a factory, production or manufacturing fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to strict policies and procedure.
• Ability to measure, package and label in a precise manner.
• Effective time-management skills and ability to multi-task.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing and challenging environment.
• Proficiency in Windows-based software and POS applications a plus.
• Must be 21 years of age or older and legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Executing tasks assigned by department leadership.
• Measuring, packaging, and labeling products.
• Compares product with product standards to ensure quality.
• Maintaining a sanitary work environment.
• Safely transport products from workspace to storage area.
