Cresco Labs in Springfield, Ohio is seeking a production-focused team member to support daily manufacturing operations. You will measure, package, label, and verify products while maintaining sanitary standards and strict compliance.

The role involves light lifting and standing for long periods in a fast-paced setting. Ideal candidates have 1 year (2–3 preferred) of hands-on manufacturing experience, strong attention to detail, and familiarity with Windows/POS systems.

Qualifications

• 1 year (2-3 years preferable) hands‑on experience in a factory, production or manufacturing fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to strict policies and procedure.
• Ability to measure, package and label in a precise manner.
• Effective time‑management skills and ability to multi‑task.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, changing and challenging environment.
• Proficiency in Windows‑based software and point of sale applications a plus.
• Requires ability to lift up to 50 lbs to torso level.

Responsibilities

• Execute tasks assigned by department leadership.

• Safely transport products from workspace to storage area
