Job summary

Cresco Labs, a leading multistate cannabis operator, seeks a production/factory worker to support packaging, labeling, and quality tasks in a fast-paced environment. You will follow product standards, maintain cleanliness, and safely move materials between areas with attention to regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidates have 1 year of related experience, strong detail orientation, and the ability to work in a dynamic setting.

Qualifications

• 1 year (2-3 years preferable) of hands-on experience in a factory, production or manufacturing fast-paced environment with measurable goals and working standards, preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to strict policies and procedure
• Ability to measure, package and label in a precise manner
• Effective time-management skills and ability to multi-task
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing and challenging environment
• Proficiency in windows-based software and point of sale applications a plus
• Requires work around plant material, which could include exposure to plant pollen and/or dust.
• Requires ability to sit, stand, kneel, and/or do repetitive actions with your hands for long periods of time.
• Requires ability to lift up to 50 lbs to torso level.

Responsibilities

• Executing tasks assigned by department leadership.
• Measuring, packaging, and labeling products
• Compares product with product standards to ensure quality.
• Maintaining a sanitary work environment
• Safely transport products from workspace to storage area
• Ensure that all functions are performed to the highest standard of quality and compliance
