Job summary

Cresco Labs in Dayton (Ohio) is hiring for a production/factory associate to support daily operations in a fast-paced environment. You will measure, package and label products, maintain cleanliness, and help ensure quality and regulatory compliance.

Candidates should have 1 year (2-3 years preferred) of hands-on experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Physical requirements include lifting up to 50 lbs and working around plant material.

Qualifications

• 1 year (2-3 years preferable) hands-on experience in a factory, production or manufacturing fast-paced environment with measurable goals and working standards.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to strict policies and procedure.
• Ability to measure, package and label in a precise manner.
• Effective time-management skills and ability to multi-task.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing and challenging environment.
• Proficiency in windows-based software and point of sale applications a plus.
• Requires work around plant material, which could include exposure to plant pollen and/or dust.
• Requires ability to sit, stand, kneel, and/or do repetitive actions with your hands for long periods of time.
• Requires ability to lift up to 50 lbs to torso level.
