Cresco Labs is seeking a Lab Technician to join our facility. The Lab Technician will assist in product processing and formulation, completing tasks assigned by the Lab Manager to keep production areas clean, organized, and efficient while maintaining quality control.

The role includes prepping and packaging as part of day-to-day duties. The position requires prior lab experience, ability to handle physical tasks, and flexibility for shifts including weekends.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in a Lab that adheres to strict health and safety policies.
• Past experience in a highly regulated field producing pharmaceutical or nutraceutical products preferred.
• Effective time-management skills and ability to multi-task.
• Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods during scheduled shifts.
• Flexibility to adjust work schedule based on business needs, including occasional weekend shifts.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing, and challenging environment.

Responsibilities

• Manufacturing: prepare extraction and processing per Cresco Labs standards.
• Quality control testing to ensure product consistency and efficacy.
• Lab bench work and product filtrations; support across facility departments as needed.
• Maintain GMP-compliant data entry and documentation.
