Job summary

Greenleaf Therapeutics is seeking a Packaging Technician to join our team. This entry-level role focuses on accurate packaging of products, adherence to cGMP and SOPs, and collaboration with the QA/QC team to ensure quality and safety.

You will learn to operate and maintain packaging equipment, assist with line checks, and support labeling processes while growing in a dynamic cannabis industry environment. This position offers opportunities for growth within the organization.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Six (6) months of packaging, pharma, or biotech experience preferred.
• Strong problem solving and mechanical troubleshooting ability.
• Ability to work independently and follow SOPs and training.
• Basic computer skills and data entry proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Execute and monitor tasks in packaging areas for flower, edibles, and concentrates with precise weights and counts.
• Learn to operate, run, and troubleshoot packaging machinery.
• Train new team members and maintain equipment in good condition.
• Follow SOPs and cGMP guidelines to ensure quality and regulatory compliance.
• Report downtime, discrepancies, and QA/QC issues to management.
• Support inventory accuracy and labeling, including lot numbers and expiry dates.
