Greenleaf Therapeutics is seeking a Packaging Technician to join our manufacturing team. You will ensure accurate packaging of products (flower, edibles, concentrates) with strict adherence to weights, counts, and quality standards.

You will learn to operate packaging machinery, support training, and help maintain equipment and records. The role emphasizes cGMP compliance, safety, and precise labeling, with opportunities for growth and development within the packaging department.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Six months of packaging, biotec h or pharmaceutical experience preferred.
• Strong problem solving and mechanical troubleshooting ability.
• Ability to work independently and make quick SOP-based decisions.
• Basic computer skills and accurate data entry.

Responsibilities

• Execute packaging tasks for flower, edibles, and concentrates with precise weights and counts.
• Learn and operate packaging machinery, troubleshoot as needed.
• Train new team members on packaging roles.
• Maintain equipment and clean machines; assist with minor setup.
• Record downtime and inventory data; support QA/QC processes.
• Follow cGMP, SOPs, and safety guidelines; ensure proper labeling.
