Green Thumb Industries is seeking a Production Tech to join our cannabis manufacturing team. You will help turn raw flower into medicated products, following recipes, SOPs, and safety requirements.

This role emphasizes quality, accurate packaging and labeling, and compliance with state regulations, with daily duties in a fast-paced facility that rewards teamwork, initiative, and consistent performance. You will maintain inventory records, assist with housekeeping, and participate in safety

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
• 1–2 years in manufacturing, food processing, warehousing, or inventory.
• Able to work in groups or independently and show initiative.
• Adaptable to policy, procedure and technique changes.
• Hygiene and health guideline compliance required.

Responsibilities

• Meet production goals with safety and quality focus.
• Produce per recipes and SOPs, maintaining high quality.
