Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years in production/Supply Chain/Procurement.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook).
• Initiative-taking, self-directed, innovative, and able to work independently or among teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the Master Production Schedule across categories.
• Convert monthly production plans into detailed weekly and daily schedules by department and process.
• Sequence production to optimize throughput, minimize changeovers, and protect quality outcomes.
• Adjust schedules based on demand changes, labor availability, material constraints, QA release timing, and regulatory limitations.
• Establish routings, run rates, batch sizes, and standard hours for all unit operations.
• Balance line loading across departments and shifts, including overtime planning.
