Canopy USA is seeking a Production Planner/Supply Chain Planner to act as the planning hub between Demand Planning, Procurement, and Operations. The role translates forecasts into an executable Master Production Schedule and material requirements, providing decision-ready outputs to executives and cross-functional teams while ensuring capacity alignment and plan feasibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business/operations or related field.
• 5+ years in cannabis/CPG production or regulated industry with supervisory experience.
• Proven leadership and team development skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own the Master Production Schedule (MPS) aligned with demand forecasts and constraints.
• Translate demand plans into executable production plans for cross-functional teams.
• Provide scenario planning and risk analysis to optimize the schedule and material requirements.
• Communicate plan feasibility and tradeoffs to planning, procurement, and operations leadership.
• Support ERP data integrity and continuous improvement of planning outputs.
