Job summary

Trulieve in Quincy, FL is seeking a Production Scheduler to organize weekly and monthly production plans within the Processing department. The role collaborates with Demand and Material Planners to ensure schedules are realistic, efficient, and aligned with long-term inventory goals.

The ideal candidate has strong analytical and communication skills, understands manufacturing processes, and cannabis processing experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of inventory management practices and procedures.
• Past experience in Manufacturing Scheduling is a MUST
• Past experience in cannabis industry is preferred
• SAP experience is preferred
• Capability to lead indirectly different departments on the released plan
• Strong mathematical and statistical knowledge.
• Capability to multitask in a fast paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid ability to manage database and analytics as central point to information

Responsibilities

• Set weekly production plans for processing division.
• Sequence the production lines daily to optimize efficiency and minimize changeovers
• Track and Monitor daily volumes planned and released to verify variances
• Work together with Demand Planner and Material Planner to optimize availability
• Drive the operational shift hours for production departments
• Align multiple departments to keep plan on track and updated as needed.
• Complete reports to communicate status of planning/schedule as necessary.
• Contribute to long term supply chain improvements.
• Interface with external departments to bring new products to market.
• Identify areas of improvement and recommend action plans.
