Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the overall marketing strategy to drive brand growth and revenue.
• Oversee brand identity, messaging, and creative direction across channels.
• Lead digital marketing including SEO, SEM, email, content, and ads.
• Manage social media across platforms with compliant cannabis advertising.
• Create and optimize customer loyalty programs and retention tactics.
• Generate engaging content: blogs, videos, newsletters, product descriptions.
• Plan in-store promotions and product launches with regulatory compliance.
• Ensure marketing materials comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Conduct market research and analyze campaign performance to improve results.
• Manage marketing budget and report ROI across initiatives.
• Lead and develop the marketing team; foster collaboration.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Product for integrated campaigns.
• Build relationships with influencers and brand partners.
• Track KPIs and report to leadership with recommendations.
