Qualifications

• 4-6+ years of experience in retail or growth marketing, with acquisition and retention exposure.
• Ability to move concepts to execution: briefs, align stakeholders, launch campaigns.
• Comfort across multiple channels (paid, organic, email/loyalty, in-person) and synthesize into a plan.
• Strong analytical instincts; translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Self-starter with autonomy and ability to travel within Illinois.

Responsibilities

• Develop activation concepts and campaigns for Illinois retail marketing across paid media, loyalty, eCommerce, and in-store experiences.
• Lead cross-functional implementation with Paid Media, Loyalty, eCommerce, Retail Ops, and Local Marketing teams from concept to execution.
• Define success metrics and track performance across acquisition, retention, and engagement KPIs.
• Attend key activations, events, and store visits in Illinois to gather insights and ensure quality execution.
• Collaborate with regional and central teams to scale successful plays and inform strategy.
