Confidential in Illinois seeks a Field Marketing Manager to bridge sales and marketing, elevating retail execution and driving account success across the state while leading a field team.

You’ll link internal sales with retail partners, ensure store visits, launches, and activations align with business goals, and drive product movement through strong relationships in the cannabis retail landscape.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in field marketing, trade marketing, or sales support (cannabis or CPG preferred)
• Experience managing field teams or brand ambassador programs
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Highly organized with strong reporting and time management abilities
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends

Responsabilités

• Partner with Account Executives to develop and execute go-to-market strategies across priority accounts.
• Build and maintain long-term partnerships with store leadership, buyers, and budtenders to drive loyalty and performance.
• Conduct regular retail visits to identify opportunities, provide hands-on support, and ensure consistent execution.
• Document displays, promotions, and in-store activations while delivering clean, actionable reporting to internal stakeholders.
• Hire, train, and manage a team of field marketing specialists; develop route plans and goals.
• Ensure marketing materials, signage, and promotional assets are deployed accurately across accounts.
• Lead product education sessions and provide ongoing training to store teams to improve knowledge and conversion.
• Provide competitive intelligence and retail insights to inform sales and marketing strategy.
• Maintain accurate CRM reporting of visits, events, and activations to measure territory performance.
