Job summary

Renew Cannabis Co. is seeking a Marketing Specialist to lead strategy and execution for its dispensary brand.

You will drive growth through brand management, digital marketing, content creation, loyalty programs, and in-store promotions while ensuring compliance with regulations. As Head of Marketing collaboration, you will guide the marketing team and work with Sales, Operations, and Product teams to optimize campaigns and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Develop and implement the overall marketing strategy
• Oversee brand identity, messaging and creative direction
• Lead digital marketing initiatives including SEO/SEM, email, content
• Manage social media across platforms in compliance with regulations
• Develop and manage customer loyalty programs and retention strategies
• Create engaging content for blogs, newsletters, product descriptions
• Plan in-store promotions and events with regulatory compliance
• Conduct market research and analyze campaign performance
• Lead and mentor the marketing team and collaborate cross-functionally
• Monitor budget and report on marketing ROI
