Job summary

Machota Solutions is seeking an experienced Production Manager / Operations Leader for its Michigan cannabis manufacturing and packaging operations. Qualifications

• Experience leading cannabis manufacturing teams.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and quality systems.
• Background in Lean, Six Sigma or similar continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily manufacturing, processing, and packaging operations across multiple production teams.
• Lead scheduling, labor allocation, employee development, performance, and accountability.
• Develop and maintain SOPs; conduct process audits; implement corrective actions; ensure product quality.
• Maintain compliance with Michigan cannabis regulations, METRC, inventory tracking, and production documentation.
• Apply Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Six Sigma to reduce waste and increase productivity.
• Monitor KPIs, identify bottlenecks, maintain production standards, and ensure equipment readiness.
